Q. How can I make a reservation?

1. A.To make a reservation you can call us by phone, send us a fax, or an email providing information regarding:
   

1. 1) your arrival and departure dates;
   

2. 2) the total number of guests;
   

Q. Can I pay by credit card?

1. A.PLEASE INFORM US UPON RESERVATION IF YOU INTEND TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD
   

2. B.You can pay for the hotel’s invoice using any Visa, Visa Electron or Mastercard. Sorry, we do not accept American Express at the moment.
   

3. If you want to pay by credit card when you check out, we will email you the invoice. The email will contain a link to paypal’s secure website, which in few steps will guide you through the payment process.
   

4. You don’t need to be a paypal registered user, you just need a valid credit card.
   

5. After payment is complete, you will be notified by email and, upon confirmation, the invoice will be considered paid for.
   

6. We might ask for an advance reservation payment to be made through paypal, and in case of cancellation we will refund it if the reservation is cancelled until 96 hours prior to the intended check-in.
   

Q. What currencies can I pay with?

1. A.If you intend to pay by cash, we accept payment in Iranian Rials, Euro, or US dollars.
   

2. When paying by credit card through paypal’s secure website, we only accept Euro.
   

Q. It’s my first time in Tehran, how can I reach the Hotel from the Airport?

1. A.Our location is just 300 mts from Vanak Square which is one of the most famous locations in town, so any taxi driver (easily accessible right outside Imam Khomeini’s International Airport) will take you here in about a 45 min. drive from the airport, upon average traffic conditions.
   

2. Should you need any special or more comfortable ride service, please don’t hesitate to contact and we’ll set up an airport pick-up or drop-off (not included in the room rates).
